In Just 3 Days...

In three short days little Miss Jaina will be 4!!! Oh my word! I am not ready to have two big girls in the house! She is quite the character. Always talking and being silly. I just love her to pieces!

I created this layout with the new Modern Romance collection from Webster's Pages. It was the perfect fit for these photos of Jaina that I have been saving. They captured her sweet personality perfectly!

Here is a close up...

She requested a Tangled birthday party. I am a bit behind schedule so I will be frantically getting all the decorations made as well as bake her cake this weekend. I just hope I can pull it off and she will like it. We shall see in a few days!

Super Simple Flower

Do you ever wonder what to do with all the ribbon that you have? I like to create flowers with mine. Here is a quick and easy flower I made for my Webster's Pages layout.

Simple right? Here is the finished flower on my layout.

The kids and I had a great 3 day weekend. I wish it did not have to come to an end. Off to work I go!

Sometimes You Just Have to Take a Leap

In a few short weeks my little one will be 4 years old! 4!!! Oh. My. Gosh! She is such a silly goofy kid. Loves to smile and grin. Has her feelings hurt if you get mad at her. Typical 3 year old.

Skip back to before she was born. I have always wanted more than one child. My ideal number would be 3, just like my grandmother had. Unfortunately I had problems with my first two pregnancies and was not sure if I was going to be able to have anymore children. Luckily things worked out just right and little miss Jaina was born. I documented this journey with the February kit from Scrapbooking from the Inside Out.

I have been busy planning her birthday party and can't wait to show you how it turns out!

I did it!!!

It's funny how things happen at times. I created this layout about one of my goals for the February Risk kit from Scrapbooking from the Inside Out - a certification for my field of work. I read the study guide almost all the way through and did hours of practice tests in hopes I'd pass this test on the first go. Not two days later, I finally received the answer I have been waiting 8 long weeks for. I passed! Hallelujah!

Now that I have this test under my belt, it's time to study for the next one. I have tried taking this one before but it's a bear. Lots of information to absorb but I am determined to pass this next test as well.

What is one of your big goals for 2013?

 Happy Tuesday!
